Step 1
Begin the outline of the simple house by tracing the basic shape of the roof. Use straight lines to build a profile like a trapezoid with no bottom. Fold the line slightly at one end to form the eave.
Step 2
Outline the remaining sides of the roof. Use straight lines to draw a triangle with no bottom to form the eaves. Connect it to the end of the top with a straight horizontal line.
Step 3
Give the ceiling a three-dimensional look by drawing lines parallel to two sides. Then draw a linear horizontal line to finish the triangle. Draw a ring in the midpoint of the triangle.
Step 4
Draw another serial line parallel to the base of the triangle. Then draw three directly vertical lines down from the three hubs of the roof. This recaps the hubs of the house.

Draw a narrow horizontal rectangle at the bottom of the drawing to completely enclose the house. This is the ground of the house.

Draw another narrow rectangle inside the one drawn in the previous step. Then draw a short line at one end. This is the porch or small porch. Above the stage, draw another rectangle to form the door.
Detail the door with two rectangles inside and a circle to indicate the latch.

Next, draw the windows. Draw a narrow prostrate rectangle on each side of the house. These are the flower boxes. Use “U” shaped lines to enclose cloud-shaped vegetation in each box. Use circles and U-shaped lines to draw daisy-shaped flowers. Then use three straight lines to have a rectangle above each flower box. Use straight lines to enclose smaller rectangles at each window corner, leaving a cross shape in the center.

Draw a chimney on top of the house, erasing it as needed. Use linear lines to hold a high, narrow cube. Draw a quadrilateral inside the top face of the cube and shade it. This is the chimney opening.
Draw some rectangular shapes on the side of the fireplace to give it a brick texture.
